JoyIdle - free joystick to mouse emulator

JoyIdle - free joystick to mouse emulator JoyIdle - free joystick to mouse emulator JoyIdle is a DirectX application that takes joystick input and moves the mouse cursor appropriately. To use it, simply unzip the program, and run. You'll need to select "start" from the menu before it actually does anything. It has two modes, emulation and wiggle. In emulation mode, when you press left/right/up/down on the joystick, the mouse cursor moves the same directions. In wiggle mode, any joystick directions simply wiggle the cursor. You can also enable joystick button to mouse button emulation.

I originally wrote JoyIdle to prevent the screen saver from coming on when playing Windows games that used the joystick but not the mouse or keyboard. Back then it only had wiggle mode, which wasn't too useful for anything else. Someone asked me if I knew of a joystick to mouse emulator, and since I already had a program that did almost everything he needed, JoyIdle was born!

JoyIdle is old. Really old. The date I'm looking at is 9/24/01. I do still have the source, but don't expect me to fix any bugs. As far as I remember, the only requirement is a joystick, and DirectX 6 or higher.
